Job summary

Dexcom Inc. in Penang, Malaysia, seeks a Site Security Supervisor to lead daily security operations, guard force oversight, and ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming workplace for employees, visitors, and partners.

You will manage access control, coordinate emergency response, conduct safety inspections, and collaborate with Facilities, HR, EHSS, IT, and external responders to mitigate risk. This role rewards proactive leadership, structured reporting, and a hands-on approach to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years of industry experience.
• Informal management/ team lead experience.
• Active membership in security communities (ASIS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations and guard force.
• Manage access control and lobby operations.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate emergency response.
• Conduct safety walkthroughs and inspections.
• Coordinate on-site events security and staffing.
• Produce weekly/monthly incident and KPI reports.
• Review procedures to align with best practices.
