Job summary

BizLink Group in Penang seeks a Security & Loss Prevention Executive to safeguard the manufacturing facility. This role directly supervises guards, manages access control, and conducts audits to prevent loss while aligning with EHS and HR policies.

The position requires 5 years in manufacturing security and a degree in Security Management or a related field; familiarity with CCTV, ISO 27001, TAPA, and CTPAT is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the manufacturing security domain.
• Degree in Security Management, Safety & Health Sciences, or Engineering studies.
• Experience with CCTV, access control, and loss-prevention audits.
• Knowledge of security standards such as ISO 27001, TAPA, and CTPAT.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily guard force, ensuring SOPs, post orders and uniform standards are followed.
• Conduct daily briefings/roll calls with shift guards to communicate risks and changes.
• Perform unannounced checks on guard posts to ensure vigilance and compliance.
• Administer access control: issue visitor passes, create employee badges, revoke access for terminated personnel.
• Execute daily and weekly loss prevention audits including shipping manifests and high-value inventory control.
• Review CCTV footage to gather evidence for incidents and HR disputes.
• Collaborate with EHS and HR to align security with plant safety policies and compliance.
• Compile daily security logs into a comprehensive daily activity report.
