Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Backend Architect to own the technical architecture for Security and Risk Control R&D teams, leading design of high-performance, scalable systems that cope with high traffic and rapid growth.

You will evaluate middleware, microservice patterns, and containerization with Kubernetes and Docker, guiding architecture choices and ensuring system resilience. AI/ML project experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in a related field.
• 7+ years of Java or Go backend development experience.
• 3+ years of architecture design experience.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero) microservice ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: design high-performance, scalable, and highly available system architecture for Security and Risk Control.
• Technology selection and innovation: evaluate middleware, messaging, caching, databases, and guide department-wide choices.
• Stability guarantee: establish monitoring, alarms, fault reviews, and fast resolution of online problems.
• Team empower: provide technical guidance and architecture reviews, set best practices, strengthen team capabilities.
