Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Security Engineer to lead offensive and defensive security activities across enterprise networks, cloud environments, and AI applications. You will simulate real attack scenarios, develop testing frameworks, and drive improvements in detection rules, asset governance, and security baselines.

You will work with a global team to model attack paths, verify PoCs, and deliver clear security reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in red team, pentesting, or security research.
• Experience with enterprise attack/defense drills and cloud security.
• Familiar with AI security governance and large-model risk.
• Independent vulnerability analysis and PoC writing ability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute penetration testing, red-blue exercises, and realistic attack simulations across networks, apps, and cloud.
• Lead or participate in blue-team defense analysis, attack detection, and incident response drills.
• Model attack paths from external exposure to core assets and translate results into protections.
• Collaborate on AI security evaluations, prompt safety, and toolchain risk.
• Design automated red team tooling, PoC verifications, and security reporting.
