Qualifications

• Proficiency in Golang or Java; solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
• Familiarity with RESTful API and gRPC interface design.
• Hands-on production experience building LLM applications or AI Agents (LLM/Agent Engineering).

Responsibilities

• AI Service Layer Architecture & Development: design and develop core AI backend services, including model gateway and streaming inference services.
• Agent & Tool-Calling System Development: build workflows and tool-calling systems on internal platforms with secure integration.
• Financial Scenario AI Service Delivery: own AI backend services for intelligent customer service, risk signals, compliance analysis, and personalized services.
• Data & Storage Layer: design data infrastructure for AI apps, including memory storage and knowledge base management.
• Observability & Evaluation: establish tracing, versioning, and evaluation frameworks for LLM apps.
