Job summary

bp is seeking a Senior Security Hyperplane Enablement Engineer to lead onboarding, integration, migration, and adoption of Security Hyperplane data products and platform services.

You will collaborate across Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Support, Cyber Security, Data Governance, and consumers to ensure secure, governed, and scalable data solutions. Mentorship and patterns will be established to drive enterprise adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of enterprise data platform lifecycles including ingestion, processing, storage, analytics and governance.
• Experience leading complex enablement or migration programs in large enterprise settings.
• Ability to guide across security policies, architecture standards, and data governance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex onboarding, integration, migration, configuration and adoption activities.
• Develop reusable onboarding guides, migration procedures, and self-service materials.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developing Enablement Engineers.
• Establish and hand off operational readiness, documentation, monitoring, and escalation paths.
• Measure adoption, time to value, and quality of enablement outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Architecture, Engineering, Support and Security teams.
