Job summary

bp seeks a Senior Security Hyperplane Enablement Engineer to lead onboarding, integration, migration, configuration, readiness, adoption, and transition of Security Hyperplane data products and platform services. This individual contributor role requires applying broad technical knowledge to help consumers adopt secure, governed, and reusable data capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data platforms, data engineering, or enterprise enablement.
• Experience leading onboarding, integration, migration or adoption activities in a large enterprise.
• Experience with security policies, architecture standards, and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Assess consumer needs, dependencies, data requirements, governance obligations before enablement work.
• Plan and lead onboarding, integration, configuration, migration, and adoption activities across Security Hyperplane products.
• Guide consumers in applying patterns for data ingestion, analytics, observability, access, metadata, lineage, and quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering for platform changes, new capabilities, or exceptions to patterns.
• Validate implementation, security, governance, data, and operational readiness before service entry.
• Produce and validate evidence that enablement meets architecture and readiness requirements.
• Establish procedures for recurring control evidence and handoff to Support.
• Develop reusable onboarding guides, migration procedures, and self-service materials.
• Lead migrations from legacy solutions to approved capabilities.
• Identify adoption barriers and opportunities for automation or platform improvement.
• Establish feedback loops with Product Management, Engineering and Support.
