Job summary

Bosch Malaysia in Penang is seeking a Security Lead to manage site security operations, staff deployment, and governance. You will ensure compliance with company rules, perform inspections, and coordinate with external security providers to maintain a secure environment for customers and associates.

Your role includes maintaining CCTV and access control systems, delivering security risk assessments, and advising departments on security issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety & Security or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience with security systems (CCTV, access control, EM door alarms).
• Law enforcement or community/security protection experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage security personnel to ensure site safety and efficiency.
• Maintain site security governance, awareness, and investigations as per C/AUP governance.
• Provide security consulting to site management for cost-efficient risk treatment.
