Job summary
RHB Group invites a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test to elevate quality engineering across the software delivery lifecycle. You will drive end-to-end testing governance, automation, and data management to ensure reliable releases.
In this Agile environment, you will collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to embed testing best practices, champion quality, and lead testing initiatives with external partners as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/SE or related field.
- 5–8 years of software quality assurance or test automation.
- Experience with Selenium, Cucumber, Cypress, Playwright, Jenkins, CircleCI.
- Experience integrating tests into CI/CD and DevOps environments.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and quality engineering principles.
- Experience with TDD/ATDD/BDD and related practices.
- Test data management and environment coordination across apps.
- Vendor/partner management for testing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Establish SIT processes for high-quality releases before UAT.
- Design end-to-end test data strategy.
- Drive DevTestOps within CI/CD pipelines.
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks.
- Lead external vendors and SIT testing teams.
- Monitor test execution and report metrics.
