Bossard (M) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an experienced SCM Manager to lead order planning and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. The role involves forecasting, inventory optimization, procurement, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior planning or operations and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, with ERP experience (D365) and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Substantial senior planning or operations experience (>10 years).
• Experience in customer experience and SCM planning/managing suppliers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the order management team and forecast planning.
• Oversee procurement, supplier coordination and material planning.
• Optimize inventory levels and improve cost efficiency across supply chain.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement in quality and delivery.
