Job summary

LEM MALAYSIA SDN. BHD. seeks a seasoned Supply Chain professional to lead production planning and procurement for a manufacturing center.

You will coordinate with distribution and production teams and drive project transfers and continuous improvements. Applicants should have a degree in supply chain management or related field, 5+ years in supply chain operations, and familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365).

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in supply chain operations.
• Lean capabilities and problem solving.
• Experience in S&OP process.
• Experience in multinational environment.
• Understand ERP functionalities and standardize processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
• Agility and ability to manage stress and conflicts.
• Ability to lead teams and drive change.

Responsibilities

• Drive production planning and procurement for a manufacturing center.
• Be the key contact for distribution and production community.
• Participate in new project transfers and improvement projects.
• Ensure smooth communication with production and distribution centers to improve customer satisfaction.
• Analyze MRP and plan production orders considering bottlenecks and optimization.
• Maintain appropriate stock levels for components and finished goods.
• Manage exceptions by coordinating with Sales and Operations.
• Maintain master data for the portfolio.
• Report KPIs and improvements.
• Lead project transfers and bring in new ideas.
