DKSH Malaysia is seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering to lead the function across Malaysia. You will provide strategic financial insights, challenge assumptions, and partner closely with SCM and BU leadership to drive profitable growth and working capital optimization.

The role requires 7–10 years in Finance partnering with a strong understanding of supply chain finance, FP&A, and cost management. Experience with SAP and BI tools is advantageous.

Qualificações

• Bachelor-level degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A, or Controlling.
• Experience partnering with senior SCM and BU leaders with strong commercial mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Finance Business Partner to SCM and BU leadership, providing financial insight and challenge.
• Translate SCM strategy and plans into financial implications and targets.
• Lead financial performance reviews across SCM cost areas (warehousing, transport, inventory, distribution).
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for SCM, including scenario analysis.
• Drive cost optimization, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.”
• Provide financial assessment of operational issues and monitor KPIs across SCM.
