DKSH Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an Associate Director Finance Business Partnering to lead the finance function for the Performance Materials unit in Malaysia. You will oversee FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, working capital, and provide insights to drive strategic decisions and business performance.

You will manage budgets, lead target setting, coordinate global templates, analyse monthly performance using CORE, Crystal and Prism, support negotiations and investments, and mentor a small team

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent with professional qualification.
• Minimum 10 years in a similar finance role across FP&A, budgeting, and control.
• Hands-on SAP experience; Power BI proficiency is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions for the unit.
• Drive performance management with monthly analyses and reporting.
• Oversee budget setting and cost control across the unit.
• Mentor a team of 2 Managers and drive continuous improvement.
