You will translate supply chain strategy into financial plans, manage budgeting and forecasting, and partner with SCM and BU leadership to optimize costs and working capital. The role requires deep FP&A experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP, Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline; ACCA/CPA preferred.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A.
• Strong commercial and operational understanding with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SCM, logistics, warehousing, or FMCG is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Act as Finance Business Partner to SCM and BU leaders, providing financial insight.
• Translate strategy into financial targets and performance measures.
• Lead financial performance across warehousing, transport, inventory, and other costs.
• Lead monthly SCM financial reviews, analysing variances and risks.
• Partner with SCM and commercial teams to optimize working capital and cash flow.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning with scenario analysis.
• Improve reporting, analytics, and digitalization using SAP, Power BI, and Excel
• Set objectives aligned with Finance, SCM, and BU strategy and drive delivery
• Influence stakeholders with data-driven insights and constructive challenge
• Establish governance, cost allocation, and financial controls across SCM
