GenScript Biotech Corp. in Malaysia invites a Senior Scientist to lead AI and big data initiatives in bioinformatics. You will develop web-based or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein and antibody engineering while crafting algorithms to solve customer challenges.

The role requires a PhD in bioinformatics or deep learning with 3+ years of model development, plus strong Python/Java/C++. Experience in NLP/LLMs and PyTorch/TensorFlow is preferred, with teamwork and proactive

Role & Responsibilities

• Be responsible for bioinformatics projects;
• Develop the web-based tools or standalone tools for synthetic biology, protein engineering and antibody engineering;
• Develop algorithms to assist customers in solving technical barriers;
• Data mining (including deep learning) and analysis on synthesis related data;
