Job summary

Cenviro Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced SAP application support professional to manage LIMS, weighing and related SAP modules, and barcode technologies. You will ensure uptime, assist with waste receiving, sampling, and logistics processes within SAP, driving seamless integration from receipt to financial processing.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in SAP support, strong troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills, with ITIL/SAP certifications being a bonus.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Information Systems or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years' experience in SAP application support and business systems.
Knowledge of SAP, LIMS, logistics, inventory, and waste management processes.
Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis skills.
Knowledge of system integration, mobile applications, and barcode technologies.
Good communication, stakeholder management, and user support skills.
ITIL and SAP certifications are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Maintain overall system uptime for SAP LIMS, weighbridge, SAP modules, and barcoding.
Ensure waste receiving, sampling and related operational processes function as designed.
Integrate waste management and logistics processes from receipt to financial processing in SAP.
