Job summary

H.S.S. CONFECTIONERY FOODSTUFF SDN. BHD. 在马来西亚柔佛州新山一带招聘销售岗位，负责与分销商、批发商建立紧密合作关系，推动销售目标达成并保持客户良好关系，定期拜访并进行商务谈判。

要求具备至少3年FMCG销售经验，优先烘焙/食品行业；可接受外地出差并具备中英文沟通能力优先。公司提供汽车、电话津贴与油费报销等福利，实行5.5天工作制，周一至周五及周六半日工作。

• 能够与客户建立长期合作关系，推动销售增长。
• 可接受外地出差并适应不同市场需求。
• 熟悉中英文沟通者优先 / Preferably bilingual in Mandarin & English.

• 与分销商及批发商保持紧密合作，共同实现公司既定的销售目标。
• 建立并维护所服务客户的良好合作关系，定期进行销售拜访、业务回顾及商务谈判。
• 积极识别业务成长机会，推荐相关产品组合，以推动交叉销售和追加销售。
• 有效落实各类贸易促销与市场推广活动，确保执行到位并达成预期效果。
• 确保产品在渠道中的充足供应、良好陈列及高可见度。
• 与市场部及销售经理紧密配合，推动新品上市和市场推广活动。
• 跟进客户付款进度，确保应收账款的及时回收，降低坏账风险。
• 持续监控销售业绩和竞争对手动态，编制并提交周度及月度销售报告。
• 收集并反馈市场信息，为公司战略和持续改进提供支持。
• 能够根据业务需求安排外地出差。
• 跨部门协作，确保为客户提供高效、顺畅及优质的服务体验，并在需要时代表公司参加展会、行业活动或客户会议。

岗位职责 / Job Description

• 与分销商及批发商保持紧密合作，共同实现公司既定的销售目标。Work closely with distributors and wholesalers to achieve the company’s sales objectives.
• 建立并维护所服务客户的良好合作关系，定期进行销售拜访、业务回顾及商务谈判。Build and maintain strong relationships with serviced customers through regular sales visits, business reviews, and negotiations.

• 与市场部及销售经理紧密配合，推动新品上市和市场推广活动。Collaborate closely with the Marketing Department and Sales Manager to drive new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• 跟进客户付款进度，确保应收账款的及时回收，降低坏账风险。Follow up on customer payment schedules to ensure timely collection of receivables and minimize credit risks.
• 持续监控销售业绩和竞争对手动态，编制并提交周度及月度销售报告。Continuously monitor sales performance and competitor activities, preparing and submitting weekly and monthly sales reports.
• 收集并反馈市场信息，为公司战略和持续改进提供支持。Gather and provide market feedback to support company strategies and continuous improvement.
• 能够根据业务需求安排外地出差。Willing to travel outstation as required by business needs.
