Job summary

QL Poultry Farms in Selangor seeks a sales promoter with 1–2 years of offline retail/FMCG experience to drive promotions, explain product features, and perform basic cooking demos. You will coordinate with distributors and stores, handle stock, and provide excellent customer service.

The role covers merchandising, daily reporting, and event support, with training provided and flexible working hours. Proximity to transportation is an advantage for this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in offline retail / FMCG is a strong advantage.
• Basic understanding of retail operations (Merchandising, demo & promotions).
• Fluent in BM, English and Chinese, able to handle daily communication.
• Strong communication and execution skills, with the ability to coordinate across distributors, stores, and internal teams.
• Basic cooking skills.
• Applicants with their own transportation have added advantages.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Promotion: Introduce and explain product features and benefits to customers
• Recommend suitable products to boost customer satisfaction and meet sales targets
• Conduct product demonstrations, including basic cooking demos (training provided)
• Merchandising: Set up and maintain product displays according to planograms and brand standards
• Stock Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish shelves as needed
• Reporting: Submit daily sales reports and attendance records on time
• Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries professionally and warmly
• Roadshow & Event Support: Assist with event setup and dismantling and maintain demo units
