Responsibilities

• Drive the DevOps and release strategy for a global Salesforce Sales & Service implementation.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI, validation deploys, automated tests, quality gates).
• Define environment and branching strategy, release governance, approvals, and rollback/hotfix procedures.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and continuously improve speed and stability.
• Enforce DevOps standards (PR policies, best practices, secrets management, auditability).
