Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Salesforce DevOps Developer to lead and implement DevOps and release strategies for a large-scale Salesforce Sales & Service rollout. You will architect, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, Git, and SFDX/sf CLI, ensuring robust deployments and automated testing.

You will define environment strategy, governance, and rollback processes, while solving deployment challenges and upholding security, auditing, and quality standards in an Agile

Qualifications

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Delivery platform development and deployment processes, preferably a min of 5 years of experience in Salesforce.
• Demonstrated experience creating and maintaining Salesforce CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Git, SFDX/sf CLI).
• Strong grasp of Salesforce deployment mechanisms (metadata, sandboxes/environments, Apex tests & coverage, dependencies, rollback/hotfix strategies)
• Proficient in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) and familiar with build tools and artifact handling
• Experience implementing quality gates and code validation (automated tests, static analysis, PR standards)
• Knowledge of authentication mechanisms and secrets management tools (e.g., Key Vault or similar)
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical abilities and capable of collaborating with developers, admins, QA, and solution architects
