Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Salesforce architect to design end-to-end solutions for complex implementations. You will govern projects using ITIL, lead business analysis, and drive multi-module Salesforce deployments with strong collaboration across teams.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, leadership, and hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, and integrations (REST/SOAP). Hybrid work setup and ongoing collaboration with stakeholders are offered.

Qualifications

• Certification or relevant working experience in at least 2 core Salesforce modules.
• Minimum 12 years project experience in Salesforce implementation and configuration.
• Excellent communication skills and able to work well in a team setting.
• Strong functional and technical understanding, experience in Apex and LWC preferred.
• Experience with integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware, MuleSoft)
• Experience leading multiple enterprise Salesforce implementations
• Ability to manage solution sizing and estimation.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology.

• Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements for at least two core Salesforce modules.
• Plan, track, and ensure key metrics align with project deadlines.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve issues to ensure smooth delivery.
• Mentor Salesforce team members and share best practices.
• Engage and present recommendations to senior business stakeholders.
• Manage vendor and partner alignment.
• Evaluate and design integrations with ERP/SAP and other systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce implementation projects.
• Manage, govern and control projects with ITIL methodology
• Main tasks will be related to business analysis and project management on an end-to-end basis in Salesforce implementation projects
• Business requirements: gather, analyze, improve, prioritize to implement in at least 2 core SalesForce modules
• Project management: plan, track, ensure key metrics are in line with project deadlines
• Problem solving: identify, mitigate, resolve outstanding issues for smooth project delivery
• Mentorship of Salesforce team members and provide guidance on best practices.
• Engage senior business stakeholders
• Present and recommend solutions to senior stakeholders
• Manage vendor and partner alignment
