Job summary

Randstad Malaysia invites a seasoned Sales Professional to lead MIS portfolio growth in Klang Valley. Based in KL, you will work in a hybrid setup with the medical device partner, engaging with surgeons and OT teams to drive adoption of minimally invasive technologies.

You bring 3–5 years of medical device field sales, a Bachelor degree, and a proven ability to map territories, build trusted relationships, and close strategic deals in both private and government hospitals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in medical device sales, preferably MIS/operating theater space.
• Experience independently running a regional territory.
• Comfortable with surgical cases and pitching to surgeons/OT teams with anatomy understanding.

Responsibilities

• Take 100% ownership of the region's MIS sales targets.
• Build deep, trust-based partnerships with surgeons and OT teams.
• Autonomously map out, segment, and penetrate both private and government hospitals in the territory.
• Position yourself as a consultative clinical advisor to the operating theater.
