Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sales management in construction, material handling equipment, or similar industry.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Deep understanding of local market dynamics
• Strategic thinker with analytical mindset
• Strong understanding of equipment specifications, applications, and technical sales
• Experience with government, corporate is a strong advantage

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for construction and related equipment.
• Lead and motivate product and sales teams, dealers, and networks.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and dealers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demand.
• Coordinate with after-sales, service, parts, and branches teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pipeline reporting.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings.
• Maintain good rapport and handle all dealings with principal suppliers
