Qualifications

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Willingness to work in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.
• Analytical reporting expertise.
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and display positive body language.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in plastic products or a plastic packaging background is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned markets.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and company objectives.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis for management review.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms to secure profitable deals.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating issues and providing effective solutions.
• Lead, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
• Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.
