Bellabay Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the team in carpet and interior projects. The role focuses on driving sales, profitability, and client satisfaction across interior design, architecture, and developer accounts.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in sales/marketing management in related sectors, with a diploma and strong MS Office skills. Multilingual communication is essential, and owning a car is preferred.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years track record and experiences as sales or marketing manager.
• Minimum diploma in any field.
• Experience in sales and marketing for carpet and interior (fit-out or design and build) on architecture related product and service.
• Experience in servicing interior designer, architecture, developer and/or property owners.
• Proficiency in Ms. Office , Ms. Excel, Power Point and related software.
• Able to work independently and lead a sales team.
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Chinese in both verbal and written.
• Possess own car.
