• To ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and prospects (pre-sales, during sales and post-sale).
• To instill a customer service mindset.
• To ensure Retail/Sales Excellence is met every month.
• To monitor and coordinate sales launch activities and promotions approved by management.
• To process sales transactions including signing of agreements and deposit collections within approved timeframes.
• To maintain up-to-date sales materials, registrant and purchaser data in the system.
