Job summary

RHB Banking Group is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive, Auto Finance to promote Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and new customers, helping the bank expand market share and strengthen relationships.

You will achieve personal sales targets, provide professional financial advice, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of Auto Owners products, processes, and credit requirements to serve customers effectively.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Auto Finance, Automotive, or Hire Purchase.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
• Candidates with prior experience in the auto or car sales industry are highly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase overall market share.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the overall targets of the sales office.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes for effective sales delivery.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with business associates such as dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure efficient turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement, including creation of credit files.
• Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection and recovery activities, including conducting field visits when necessary.

About the Role
