Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote and professionally sell Auto Owners products and bancassurance to existing and potential customers.
• Engage in cross-selling of other RHB products based on customer needs to increase market share.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards office targets.
• Provide professional financial advice on Auto Owners products.
• Develop understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes for effective sales delivery.
• Establish regular contact with dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement, including creation of credit files.
• Ensure targeted customer profiles meet Acceptance Guidelines for individuals and businesses.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection activities, including field visits.

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the overall targets of the sales office.
• Provide professional advice on Auto Owners products to customers, ensuring alignment with their financial needs.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Auto Owners products, services, and processes for effective sales delivery.
• Establish and maintain regular contact with business associates such as dealers and salesmen to build lasting business relationships.
• Ensure efficient turnaround time and accurate data entry, processing, and updates for business opportunities.
• Handle submission for disbursement (Disbursement Request Form), including creation of credit files.
• Ensure all targeted customer profiles meet the Acceptance Guidelines for both individual and business entities.
• Support Retail Collection & Recovery in collection and recovery activities, including conducting field visits when necessary.

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably in sales within Auto Finance, Automotive, or Hire Purchase industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
