Job summary

Radii Global Sdn Bhd in Shah Alam is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to grow our advertising and media business. You will build strong client relationships and present integrated solutions across Digital, TV, Radio, and Events throughout the full sales cycle.

This full-time onsite role offers RM4,000–RM5,500 monthly plus commission. A Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, or Marketing is preferred, with 3–4 years of relevant sales experience in media.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in media, advertising, marketing, or a related industry.
• Diploma or Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience in business development, client acquisition, account management, or solution-based selling.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive prospecting and ability to grow new sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with media agencies and direct clients.
• Identify new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, and market engagement.
• Understand client objectives and recommend suitable media and advertising solutions.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop creative campaign ideas and solutions.
• Manage the sales process from proposal to campaign execution and post-sales support.
• Maintain regular client communication and timely follow-ups.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, targets, and account performance.
• Provide updates on opportunities, feedback, market developments, and progress.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and cross-sell to additional platforms.
