Job summary

EPS Consultants in Malaysia is seeking a proactive sales liaison to manage customer partnerships, respond to enquiries, and prepare quotations. You will ensure pricing aligns with price lists, liaise with factories and warehouses for delivery schedules, and contribute to market strategies.

The role also involves handling credit collections, monitoring competitors, and compiling monthly sales reports for the supervisor. Some site visits and inspections may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain good relationships with customers as partners.
• Attend to customer enquiries and prepare quotations.
• Ensure prices to customers align with price lists.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with factory, suppliers, or warehouse.
• Handle credit collections within designated areas.
• Develop and implement distribution strategies for target markets.
• Promote products and advise customers on use and applications.
• Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans accordingly.
• Identify and develop market strategies for existing and new customers.
• Compile monthly sales reports and submit to supervisor.
• Attend to customer complaints and coordinate resolutions.
• Perform site visits, inspections, and provide supervision when needed.

• Ensure price to customers are within the range of price lists
• Liaise with factory, supplier or warehouse for delivery schedules
• Responsible for all credit collections in the areas allocated to his/her
• Developing distribution strategies and directing distribution efforts within target markets
• Product promotions and presentation including advise to customer on use and application
• Monitoring the activities of the competitors
• Identifying, evaluating and developing market strategies for existing and new customer in accordance.
• Compiling of monthly sales reports/orders and submit to immediate superior
• Attend and liaise with customers on their complaints
• Site visit, inspection and supervising when necessary
