Eastern Decorator Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the Sales & Operations and Brand & Marketing functions, aligning strategy to strengthen brand positioning, boost retail productivity and deliver growth across all channels.

You will develop annual business plans, set strategic targets, manage budgets and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product assortments and promotions across retailers and channels.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in sales, marketing and retail management.
• Experience in consumer goods, home living or bedding preferred.
• Proven track record in hitting sales targets, managing budgets and driving retail operations.

Aufgaben

• Lead Sales & Operations and Brand & Marketing functions to align strategy across channels.
• Develop and execute annual business plans, sales strategies, budgets and growth initiatives.
• Set revenue, gross margin and profitability targets for both brands and monitor performance.
• Manage retailer relationships, negotiations and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development and Supply Chain to optimize product assortments and pricing.
