Job summary

BizLink Holding Inc. is seeking a Senior Safety Officer to develop and maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety policies and ISO-compliant systems within our manufacturing environment.

You will ensure compliance with legal, customer, and internal EHS requirements while leading risk assessments and incident investigations. Qualifications

• 3–5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Degree in safety & health, sciences, environmental, or engineering studies.
• Green Book holder; SHO is a must.
• Knowledge of Malaysian EHS laws and ISO 14001/ISO 45001.

Responsibilities

• Lead hazard identification and risk assessments (HIRADC).
• Lead incident & accident investigation and root cause analysis with improvements.
• Oversee contractor safety and chemical management, emergency preparedness.
• Plan and conduct emergency drills and business continuity exercises.
• Lead EHS inspections, audits, and continuous improvement activities.
• Promote a strong safety and health culture across the organization.
• Lead EHS projects and provide technical support to operations and engineering.

Job description
