Job summary

Jardine Schindler Group in Selangor, Petaling Jaya invites applications for a Senior Analyst in Global Business Services RTR. You will handle month-end closings, reconciliations, intercompany analysis and reporting, ensuring GL integrity and compliance with tax rules.

The role requires 3+ years in a shared services finance environment, a degree in accounting/finance or a professional qualification, and strong analytical skills. Lift-industry experience is an advantage but not required.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and analytical mindset.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or professional qualification.
• Broad accounting knowledge including project costing, taxation, and secretarial work.

Responsibilities

• Perform month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings with reconciliations and journal processing.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations and ensure GL integrity.
• Reconcilie intercompany transactions and resolve aged/unreconciled items.
• Record fixed asset transactions and disposals with proper postings.
• Prepare indirect tax reports (SST/GST/VAT/WHT) and ensure timely submission.
• Collaborate with AP/AR, Treasury, and other groups to ensure timely closes.
• Support audits with documentation and evidence as required.
• Assist in process improvement, SOP updates and system enhancements.
• Support data analysis, project migrations and end-user testing for deployments.
