Job summary

Botsync seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead robotics and automation initiatives from planning to deployment. You will oversee cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure successful delivery across multiple projects in Asia.

Strong leadership, communication, and risk-management skills are essential. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in project management with a robotics focus, PMP certification preferred, and hands-on hardware/software integration experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, engineering, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years in project management, including 8+ years in robotics/automation.
• Strong understanding of robotics systems and software development.
• PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on robotics hardware/software integration experience.
• Proficiency with Jira and MS Project for planning and reporting.
• Excellent leadership and communication, with ability to translate technical concepts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of robotics and automation projects across Asia.
• Bridge between technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Manage scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Develop project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, design, software).
• Monitor progress to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders, vendors and partners.
