Job summary

Reap is seeking a senior risk leader to own and scale risk programs across APAC card-issuing activities. You will drive fraud prevention, configure controls with scheme partners, and build scalable risk monitoring workflows while collaborating with product, engineering, and finance teams.

You’ll translate complex risk data into clear recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders, manage cross‑functional projects, and lead incident investigations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of risk management in card issuer or acquirer.
• Experience with fraud and risk operations in fintech.
• Ability to translate risk topics for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead new market expansion risk — manage fraud risk across card issuing in APAC.
• Drive BIN sponsorship risk governance and onboarding through risk analysis.
• Automate and scale operational risk monitoring across flows.
• Champion fraud incident investigation and response, post-mortems.
• Build risk intelligence with the data team and dashboards.
• Deliver client-facing risk advisory and risk threshold definitions.
• Elevate the team's data-driven approach with metrics and visuals.
