Job summary

Bybit is seeking a Senior Architecture Lead to own the technical architecture of Security and Risk Control R&D teams. You will design high-performance, scalable system architectures, guide technology choices, and ensure high availability in a fast-growing environment.

You will mentor engineers, establish monitoring and disaster recovery plans, and drive architectural standards across Java and Go microservice ecosystems, including containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above; 7+ years of Java or Go backend development experience; 3+ years in architecture design.
• Proficient in Java (Spring Boot) or Go (go-zero); practitioners of both ecosystems preferred.
• Experience designing and tuning high-concurrency systems; developing and architecting large-scale distributed systems.
• Familiar with microservice structures; practical experience in containerization and ByteMesh such as Kubernetes and Docker.
• Experience in architecture design and stability assurance in extreme peak scenarios such as high traffic and market trends.
• Proven online problem localization and troubleshooting capabilities; sound stability management strategy.
• Active experience in open source projects (author, core contributor, or deep participant).
• Both Java and Go stacks have led or participated in large-scale projects.
• Experience in AI/large model related projects (e.g., intelligent risk control, model engineering).
• Experience building 0-1 business/systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Architecture Design: design high-performance, scalable, highly available system architecture for Security and Risk Control in high-traffic scenarios.
• Technology selection and innovation: evaluate middleware, RPC, caching, databases; guide department-wide architecture choices.
• Stability guarantee: establish monitoring, alarms, fault review mechanisms to quickly locate and fix online issues.
• Team empower: provide technical guidance and architecture reviews, publish specifications and best practices.
