Job summary

Leanis Solutions Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a hands-on engineering leader to own technical delivery end-to-end. You will lead three developers and co-write the Go backend with the Senior Go Engineer, owning the most critical systems — the core ledger, funds-movement logic, and provider integrations—and you will review every PR.

This role demands architectural leadership, Terraform-managed AWS infrastructure, and a strong security/compliance posture, including PCI-DSS controls and data

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of software architecture and system design.
• Experience with ledger and accounting systems.
• Cloud infrastructure and DevOps practices.
• Cybersecurity best practices and PCI-DSS awareness.
• Engineering governance and SDLC understanding.
• Technical risk management in large-scale systems.

Responsibilities

• Co-write the Go backend with the Senior Go Engineer; take the hardest systems yourself.
• Set architecture and engineering standards; review and merge every PR.
• Lead sprint planning; manage delivery risk against an 8–9 week timeline.
• Own AWS infra and IaC (Terraform); own the security/compliance posture.
