Job summary

IKEA Cheras is seeking a Risk, Control & Compliance Manager to lead risk, governance, safety and regulatory initiatives. You will partner with leaders to safeguard people, assets, and reputation while promoting a culture of integrity and operational excellence.

You will manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and compliance programs across multiple functions, driving continuous improvement and safeguarding company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Risk Management or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Risk, Compliance, Safety, Security, or related functions.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in retail or customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee risk and compliance initiatives with business leaders and drive governance excellence.
• Identify operational risks, safety hazards, and compliance issues; implement preventive actions.
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and regulatory reviews; ensure timely closure of findings.
