Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in occupational health/safety or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a similar/compliance role in retail or related industries; minimum 3+ years in managerial level.
• Experience with incident reporting and claims handling with insurance companies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for Shopping Centre operations.
• Lead and supervise Safety Executive and ensure safety, security, and emergency preparedness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to manage licences, inspections, and corrective actions.
• Deliver training on regulatory obligations, SOPs, and risk management.
• Escalate high-risk or unresolved compliance issues with evidence and next steps.
