Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation seeks an experienced EHSS Manager to lead site health, safety, security and environmental initiatives at our Kuala Lumpur facility. You will drive compliance projects, develop proactive EHSS systems, and mentor associates across functions to reduce risk.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional EHSS teams, performing risk assessments, and coordinating training and incident investigations to ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental, natural or equivalent science, engineering technology, occupational safety/industrial hygiene or fire safety.
• 5–7 years of EHSS experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• CSP or CIH certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHSS initiatives to meet/exceed company goals.
• Oversee compliance, improvement projects, and EHSS program development.
• Develop and deliver training on policies, procedures and regulations.
• Conduct and document job hazard analyses, investigations, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government agencies, emergency responders and internal teams.
