Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s leading integrated logistics provider, is seeking a Contract Portfolio Manager to own the full lifecycle of our contract portfolio—from rates and terms to capacity commitments. You’ll bridge Sales, Finance, and Pricing to ensure contracts are commercially sound and aligned with billing realities.

This role emphasizes proactive renewals, structured pre-commitment checks, and continuous improvement of contract terms and pricing strategies across lanes and markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in air cargo, logistics, or freight forwarding.
• Strong commercial judgment and ability to negotiate.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop contract strategy and capacity planning framework.
• Define commercial terms in rate agreements and optimize clauses.
• Manage contract lifecycle and renewals.
• Coordinate billing accuracy with Finance and CMS.
• Drive workflow approvals and align rates with pricing strategy.
• Provide weekly reporting and pursue process improvements.
