Job summary

Teleport, Southeast Asia’s leading integrated logistics provider, is building toward an IPO and seeks an accomplished FP&A leader to own the long-range financial planning and public-market forecasting. You will partner with the CEO, CFO and department heads, develop an AOP end-to-end, and drive data-informed decisions across regions while coordinating with Operations, Commercial and Tech teams.

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership in a high-growth/IPO-ready environment.
• Mastery of IFRS financial statements and public-ready forecasting.

• Regional mindset with multi-national operations in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• Architect the long-range financial plan underpinning the IPO equity story.
• Develop internal guidance and forecasting for public market expectations.
• Partner with executives to translate data into strategic decisions.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan end-to-end with BU heads.
• Lead monthly performance reviews and ROI analyses on capex.
• Collaborate with Operations, Commercial and Tech to align targets.

A DAY IN A LIFE

At Teleport, we’re building toward IPO and that means doing the boring things well. Execution, discipline, and follow-through matter as much as big ideas.

Your day will be varied, often crossing functions, but most of your time will focus on delivering results, owning your scope end-to-end, making fast, data-informed decisions, and following through on fundamentals like reporting, documentation, and processes.

How we work matters as much as what we achieve. Doing the basics right, every time, sets us up for success.

Most of your time will be spent driving impact through:

• Strategic Financial Roadmap: Architecting the long-range financial plan that underpins our IPO equity story, translating complex operational growth into a multi-year P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecast.
• Public-Market Guidance Readiness: Developing the internal "Guidance and Beat" engine to provide the forecasting accuracy required for public market analyst expectations.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Serving as a key strategic partner to the CEO, CFO, and Department Heads; translating complex financial data into actionable insights that drive regional business decisions.
• Board & Investor Reporting: Crafting the financial narrative for Board meetings and investor updates, ensuring external stakeholders have absolute confidence in our growth trajectory and fiscal discipline.
• Budget, Target Setting & Commercial Accountability: Own the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) end-to-end — setting stretching, defensible targets with business unit heads and then holding them to account every month.
• Performance & ROI Management: Leading the monthly business review (MBR) process and evaluating the ROI on major capital expenditures (fleet expansion/new markets) to ensure capital is deployed with intent.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with Operations, Commercial, and Tech teams to align financial targets with real-world operational capacity and market opportunities.

These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:

• Advanced Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in managing relationships with C-suite executives, Board members, and institutional investors in a high-pressure environment.
• IPO-Track FP&A Leadership: 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including a leadership role in a high-growth company during a successful IPO or within a large-cap public entity.
• Expert Financial Modeling: Mastery of complex, integrated financial statements (IFRS) and the ability to build "public-ready" forecasting models.
• Analytical Rigor: A background in Investment Banking, Management Consulting, or a top-tier FP&A program where "getting the basics right" is paramount.
• Regional Mindset: Deep experience navigating the financial and operational complexities of multi-national operations across Southeast Asia.
