Teleport, Southeast Asia's #1 integrated logistics provider, seeks a Senior Executive, Customer Success in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the bridge between key customers and our operations, championing business objectives and optimizing capacity planning.

You will own problem resolution, monitor SLAs, produce clear reports, and collaborate with Operations, Network Planning, and Tech to deliver reliable, end-to-end logistics.

Competenze

• Experience in Customer Success, Key Account Management, or Operations within logistics, air cargo, or supply chain is preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and data-driven troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace; strong project management and documentation habits.

Mansioni

• Serve as the bridge between key customers and the operational network; champion business objectives and capacity planning.
• Track performance metrics, monitor SLAs, and deliver actionable reporting to leadership and clients.
• Oversee forecast alignment, capacity planning, bookings, and on-time pickup/delivery execution.
• Trace cargo issues, resolve delays, and manage escalations to minimize impact.
• Transform complex operational data into clear, compelling presentations and reports using Google Workspace.
• Own operational roadblocks from identification to resolution.
• Collaborate with Operations, Network Planning, and Tech to implement sustainable solutions.
• Pre-plan and forecast demand across flights, including freighters, passenger flights, and third-party capacity.
• Use network routing optimization to balance capacity, efficiency and delivery timelines.
• Anticipate disruptions and respond dynamically to changes in cargo transportation.
