ROYCE’ Sunway Pyramid is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our premium chocolate brand’s retail outlet. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and uphold brand standards while driving sales in a busy, high-traffic environment.

Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, and fluent in English, with prior retail or sales experience. Weekend and public holiday hours are required, and OT pay plus commission are available as part of the compensation package.

• Minimum requirement: prior experience in retail or sales roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work retail hours including weekends/public holidays.

• Engage customers in a polite, friendly, and professional manner
• Boost sales through upselling, cross-selling, and smart recommendations
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked display areas
• Collect and report customer feedback and daily sales performance
• Work cooperatively with teammates and follow company guidelines
• Represent the brand with a positive image: be punctual, well-groomed, and professional

Requirements:

Fluent English speaker applicants are preferred.

• Strong sales mindset: confident, responsible, and target-driven
• Lively, energetic, dynamic individual with friendly disposition
• Outgoing, approachable, and customer-focused personality
• Prior experience in sales, retail, or as a promoter is preferred
• Able and willing to work on retail hours including weekends and public holidays
