Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Senior Area Manager to oversee and scale a network of high-volume F&B outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will drive sales, manage P&L, and lead store teams to deliver exceptional service and growth.

Responsibilities include local marketing, cost control, and ensuring Halal standards across outlets while optimizing labor and COGS for profitability. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on operational expertise in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of experience in multi-unit operations, sales management, or area management.
• Proven track record of driving SSSG and managing full P&L across multiple locations.
• Familiar with delivery platforms, retail operations, and local store marketing.

Responsibilities

• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all stores.
• Plan localized marketing campaigns and promotions tailored to outlets' demographics.
• Train teams on upselling, cross-selling, bundle pricing and queue optimization.
• Manage end-to-end P&L and monitor gross revenue, net margins, and profitability.
• Control COGS, waste, inventory variance, and labor costs without compromising speed or quality.
• Analyze KPIs weekly to identify underperforming locations and deploy recovery measures.
• Conduct site visits to ensure product quality, speed, hygiene, brand presentation, and Halal standards.
• Lead Store Managers and staff to build a sales-oriented, customer-centric culture.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and training on engagement and product presentation.
• Lead ramp-up strategies for newly opened stores.
