• 8+ years of finance and accounting experience, with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the Group and subsidiaries.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial planning processes.
• Strengthen financial controls, policies, and compliance across the Group.
• Lead and develop the finance team with focus on process improvements.
• Partner with senior management on expansion, investment decisions and cost optimisation.
