Job summary

GLOBAL ENVDK SDN. BHD. is seeking a Group Financial Controller to oversee a global group of companies in Malaysia.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting and a strong grasp of group accounting and financial reporting. You will manage the full spectrum of finance functions, prepare consolidated statements, monitor cash flow and budgets, ensure statutory compliance, and liaise with auditors and regulators to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong knowledge of group accounting and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage accounts for a global group of companies.
• Experience in basic accounting functions for logistics and plantation operations.
• Familiar with budgeting, cash flow management, financial analysis, and statutory compliance.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting functions for the Group.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
