RHB Banking Group is seeking a Product Manager to drive CASA and fixed deposit acquisition in Malaysia. You will work with digital, product, UX/UI and tech teams to optimize app flows, landing pages and onboarding, while mapping customer journeys to reduce drop-offs.

You will develop and execute marketing communication plans, promotions and product positioning for retail deposit products, oversee end‑to‑end product development, and ensure regulatory compliance and high data quality in dashboards

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute CASA & FD acquisition strategies with the digital team.
• Map customer journeys and identify drop-offs, friction, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with product, UX/UI and tech teams to enhance app flows, landing pages and onboarding processes.
• Develop and enhance retail deposit products end-to-end—including ideation, market research, testing and regulatory approvals.
