Job Responsibilities
Planning
- To assist effectively and efficiently by achieving the sales target set
- To ensure action taken in all promotional plans
- To provide constructive idea for increasing revenue
- To make recommendations for slow moving merchandises
- To assist in scheduling the Junior staff duties
Routine / Daily on Sales Floor
- To assist in conducting daily briefing on sales achievement / budget, product launch and promotions, etc.
- To ensure all POP signage are requested with correct information and stock are being displayed well with the correct price
To Guide And Ensure The Team Member As Follow
- Daily Routine
- Daily / weekly housekeeping
- Personal grooming staff
- To check and follow up action of GOODS with expiry date (Health & Beauty / Food)
- To ensure valued merchandise are secured with senor tag, especially Garment department
- To ensure and maintain the visualize merchandise standard as accordance in MujiGram
- To ensure the instruction being carried out according to the Weekly action plan
- To ensure work area are adhere to the safety standards as required
- To guide and ensure staff abiding to the store rules and regulation
Cashier Handling
- Effective and efficient cashiering handling procedure
- To check and ensure the accuracy of the daily cash float
- Deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank through Cisco’s
Customer Service
- To handle customer queries, feedback and complaints
- To create pleasant shopping atmosphere for customer
- To actively motivate the Junior staff to take initiative in greeting the customer
Received/Delivery Inventory Control Ordering
- To report faulty or broken merchandise
- To ensure daily replenishment being carried out
- To provide each individual department in charge with stock listing report so as to ensure all available stock are being displayed
- To monitor stock level and check that all transfer are done correctly
- To ensure stock are properly displayed and kept in good condition
- To monitor on fast and slow moving stock
- To check and ensure that stock receive in correct quantities and promptly reported on any discrepancy or damaged
- To ensure stock sold by first in first out basic
Staff Training
- To co-ordinate sales Training
- To conduct On-job-training (OJT), upon new hired on board with in accordance to the 5 days training checklist
Teamwork
- To demonstrate positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication
Reports
- To prepare the weekly action plan
- To assist any report upon required
Others
- Any other duties assigned by the Retail Supervisor, Retail / Store Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM with 1 – 2 years of retail experience will be an added advantage
- Positive and with passion in retail industry
- Like interacting with customers and have an eye for details
- Articulate and outgoing
- Result oriented and good team player
