Job summary

KPJ Sentosa KL Specialist Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse with at least 5 years of clinical experience to deliver professional nursing care within a hospital unit. You will follow doctors’ orders, hand over patient progress reports, and collaborate with the care team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

You will participate in routine rounds, provide emotional support, assist in procedures, and contribute to health education and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with valid Malaysian license to practice.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical experience and diversity in clinical experience and teaching.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Microsoft Office literacy.
• BLS and PALS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to nursing care vision, mission, and objectives; perform shift duties as assigned.
• Provide holistic patient care using the nursing process; document accurately and report abnormal findings.
• Conduct nursing rounds, support doctors, and assist in procedures as needed.
• Coordinate with the team to implement doctors' orders and ensure clear communication with patients and families.
• Participate in health education, hospital activities, and quality improvement initiatives.
